Well, that's disconcerting. I have since unplugged my OC20 access point and I am about ready to throw it away. I have tried several more times, and the chat support doesn't work. As an HPE Partner, I am concerned about a company who will not back their product. I recently stopped doing business with another company because I have had to eat costs due to their poor and poorly supported products. I'm not afraid to do it with a bigger company. What say you, HPE? I can't believe there has been no official response to this thread. Perhaps I should be posting on some public forum instead. Is this forum deprecated?
