Post both bridgeaggregation configurations, the 4 interface configurations (and the switch they belong to), and the software versions of the swtiches.

E.g.

switch (with bagg 10):
display current-configuration interface Bridge-Aggregation 10
display current-configuration interface <interface in BAGG10>
display current-configuration interface <other interface in BAGG10>
display version

switch (the otherswitch):
display current-configuration interface Bridge-Aggregation <BAGG-otherswitch>
display current-configuration interface <interface in BAGG-otherswitch>
display current-configuration interface <other interface in BAGG-otherswitch>
display version

Also, how is the link aggregation not working? What does the log say when you "up the links"?
